How To Install Wordpress on A Local Computer (Localhost)

Create a folder in C: Program files/xampphtdocs/name_folder (eg wordpress) and ekstract master wordpress into those folders.

Run XAMPP program (and / or the like)

After that run the Browser

Type localhost / wordpress

So wordpress installation process will start soon

Here we select Create Configuration File

In view berikkutnya select Click Lets Go

The next display will appear on the display where we are required to fill in existing fields, namely:

Database Name: database name you want or you create eg WordPress

Username: root

password: blank

Database Host: localhost

Table prefix: leave as is

Click Submit

Last Run the Install

ago, there were options to fill the following columns

Blog Title: The title of your blog eg wordpress workout

Email: Your email

then click Install WordPress

If the process is successful it will display showing your username and password that will be used into the wordpress administration page, write down your username and password used to login and change your password to something more memorable.
